Spa Retreat: Cowboy Pool, Sauna, 5 Min to Broadway

What a great time at the 2026 CMA Festival and this house only added to the enjoyment of our experience. My family really enjoyed the outside cowboy pool, sauna and jacuzzi daily and was very relaxing. Interior was very neat and comfortable. The host James was always available anytime I reached out. Would most certainly stay again in the future.

The area felt safe, just a couple min to down town Nashville, very clean home, and great outdoor amenities to enjoy your evening on the back porch!

The location was a modern retreat with nice amenities. Pool hot tub sauna all great. Kitchen well equipped. Would definitely rent here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was very clean, spacious, and had all the essentials we needed. The host was extremely friendly, quick to respond, and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. The pool was definitely a highlight, my daughter had the best time and it was a perfect size for both kids and adults to enjoy too. Highly recommend!

This home was the perfect oasis for my daughter’s 21st birthday trip. It was cozy, clean and super cute. I loved how it was just a quick Uber ride to Broadway. Hosts were quick to respond and made the whole process seamless. We definitely want to come back again.

We had last minute work that was needing to be done on our home and were so thankful they were able to accommodate us so quickly, especially with a yard for our dogs! The cowboy pool, hot tub and sauna did not disappoint. Getting our 8yr old out of the pool was nearly impossible haha. The location itself is odd, a lot of industrial around. Across the street is the Trevecca university farm and they have two Anatolian shepherds guarding-if dog barking regularly will bother you this isn’t the place for you. It wasn’t something we minded one bit. There are plenty of places to eat near by just a couple blocks over in the wedgewood neighborhood that is majorly up and coming. For what we needed it was perfect. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to cook there which was something we appreciated. Beds are comfy and the house was very clean.

This house is adorable. And immaculate. So cute and clean and perfect for our little family. The backyard has the cutest cowboy pool that our 2 year old and 4 year old grandchildren LOVED. And would be perfect for an adult cold plunge on a hot day. Plus a barrel sauna and a hot tub! The inside is exactly as described. They have a keurig and coffee pods and when we realized there was only decaf they immediately provided us with regular. We were so impressed with the response time by the owners. The rest of the stay was perfect.

This was one of my favorite bnb’s I’ve stayed in. The property and home were pristine. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed and more. The bedrooms were cozy. The house was beautifully decorated and spotless. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. The outdoor amenities added so much fun to our trip! If you’re looking for a Nashville spot that feels more family friendly, this is it!

This Airbnb was perfect for our stay! It was spacious, accommodated everyone comfortably, and everyone had their own bed—and a really comfy one at that, which is super important to me. I’ve stayed in places with uncomfortable beds before, and it really impacts the experience, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. The home was modern, clean, and located in one of the newer houses in the area. While the neighborhood itself isn’t the nicest, we always felt safe, and our belongings were secure. We mostly used Ubers and Fety's to get around, which worked out great. The hosts were incredibly communicative, and the location was ideal—about 10 minutes from Broadway and 10–15 minutes from the airport. We had a great balance of fun nights out and relaxing days enjoying the sauna, pool, and hot tub. I would 1000% stay here again!

Loved this diamond in the rough! Away from the busyness of Broadway, the neighborhood is not quite walkable, but was quiet at night and during the times we were there. Near the train tracks, but it was rarely an issue. A quick and pretty cheap Uber to mostly anywhere you’d like to go. The house is beautiful, perfect for our two families of 3! The kids LOVED the cowboy pool and hot tub. The backyard was fenced and private. Had pretty much everything we needed and the host was very responsive! Would definitely recommend and would definitely visit again!

One of the top places we have stayed! Would definitely stay again. Home was immaculate and like new. Lots of extras to make our stay comfortable. Host was amazing to work with our schedule and get us in at the last minute as well. A+++++ rental. Highly recommend!!!

Our stay here was so perfect! The hosts were all very kind and responsive. We needed an early check in and late check out, and both requests were arranged without trouble! The space itself was lovely and exactly what we needed. We had a group of 8 guests and never felt crowed once. We used all the amenities, and none of the disappointed. The hot tub was a favorite! The entire house, outside amenities included, were very clean and tidy. We had absolutely no complaints or concerns during our stay! We would love to come back here!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! It was so cute and spotless. The hot tub, sauna, and plunge pool made you not want to leave the house. It was so close to all the must sees in Nashville. The hosts were informative and very helpful. Checking in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay. The house perfrctly appointed inside and out. We loved everything about this whole place. It has so much personality, feeling warm and welcoming from the minute we walked in. The host were super responsive and easy to communicate with from booking to checkout. We are planning a return trip in warmer weather to enjoy the amenities outside. I would rate this place more than 5 stars if I could.

The backyard was a true highlight: thoughtfully set up, incredibly relaxing, and the sauna was an absolute treat. It really felt like a private retreat. The host was also fantastic, very proactive, communicative, and clearly cares about providing a great experience. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful!!!!!!! We were thrilled with this property and plan to go back. It had everything we needed and more. We were not able to enjoy the backyard much (sauna etc) due to the weather but we can’t wait to book again when it’s a little warmer. Hosts communicated well and were friendly and accommodating. This was overall one of the nicest properties we have seen.

We had a nice stay. The house was exactly as depicted.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The backyard was amazing, the kitchen well-stocked and the beds very comfortable. It was a very easy uber into downtown. It’s worth noting that there is a farm across the street with many dogs, and train tracks very close by. This unfortunately did disrupt our sleep, but it might not bother some people.

Can not recommend Christina’s place enough! Great location to broadway but staying at the house relaxing in the outdoor space was our favorite part of the trip! The beds were so very comfortable and it truly felt like home away from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed Christina’s beautiful home with our family and fur-friends. Location: The location as it relates to proximity of entertainment was excellent, less than 10 minutes from downtown, 15 to Opryland, 15 to the airport, and allowed us to avoid all major traffic in a weeks stay. The area itself was an up-and-coming area that felt safe but still had some sketchy parts. House: The house was excellent! Very comfortable and clean, thoughtful spaces, kitchen was stocked, and each room had a nice tv! The bathroom, particularly the master, was incredible. Parking was a little tricky the first time and had two large spots BEHIND the house. Yard: The backyard was entirely turf with a plunge pool, hot tub, and sauna. We used the hot tub and sauna and they were SO incredibly relaxing and welcomed!!!! Really nice. Host: The host was down to earth, VERY easy to reach, and thoughtful. Overall I’d absolutely recommend this BnB, they put a lot of thought into this offering!

The owners of the house were amazing with communication! Super fast and very friendly. The house was very beautiful and the amenities were perfect for the brisk couple of days there. The master bed was firm, but some may like that. 🙂 The goats/dogs at the petting zoo across the street were an added bonus. They got lots of veggies from us! The general area is very industrial and there is a train track behind the house, but you couldn’t hear it from inside. The house next door seemed to look abandoned, but with the privacy fence you don’t even realize it’s there. It was a very comfy cozy little stay! Thank you so much! 🫶🏼🩷

From the time we go there the communication was always a fast response. Both James and Laramie were quick to respond when we let them know that the heat wasn't working and they had service out there including themselves to make sure we were taking care of and didn't leave until it was. The house was beautiful and felt like home. Great job on the decor and everything you put in the house!! We would for sure stay here again!!

I was admitted to the hospital, pregnant with twins. this was the most stressful experience I've had. This property was absolutely what the DR ordered when I got out of the hospital. Everything about our stay has been perfect and was incredible for our autistic son. My friends and I were in Nashville for a bachelorette, this Airbnb was perfect for us!

We had a wonderful stay! The home felt like our own private oasis, completely private backyard even with nearby neighbors. We traveled with our three Frenchies, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for them to enjoy safely. Everything was spotless, well-stocked with amenities, and the location was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hot tub in addition to the cowboy pool and sauna listed in the description. The host was warm and attentive, checking in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend and book again when visiting Nashville!

Beautiful airbnb both inside and outside the house. Hosts were lovely as well. We had a little problem getting the cowboy pool to cool as the temperature was quite hot out but the hosts immediately remedied the problem and after the kids had a blast! 5 stars all around :)

This was an amazing stay for all 6 of us! The pics were great but entering the Airbnb, the fresh smell, the brightness, very comfortable and well decorated. I promise i didn’t want to leave! Plenty of room and space. And oh so so so clean! We also liked that we were close to the downtown area. And I love how private it felt. The host/co host were always reachable, so that was a major plus too. This will definitely be my number one spot whenever I come back to Nashville!!

This home was stunning!!! We loved our stay in the house. It is a great location not to far from all the main sight seeing on our list. I honestly don't know where to begin!! From the very second we booked this beautiful home, our 5 Star rating began!! The communication between Christina, James, and Laramy was beyond expectations. Our check in was seamless and the home itself is exquisite. This home is so beautifully decorated, furnished and impeccably clean. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals and to gather to talk about the day. The sauna, hot tub, and cowboy pool were such beautiful bonuses to our stay. Unfortunately we experienced a significant amount of rain during our stay so to be able to enjoy the house and the sauna, tub, and pool still made us feel like we were on vacation!!! These things made all the difference!!! Downtown Nashville is about 8-10 minute drive depending on the time of day and we were able to enjoy walking Broadway a couple times during our stay and we had no trouble finding parking. I look forward to our next stay in this Home!!!!! 10 STARS!!!!!!!
