We feel very relaxed here. We have everything we need. The unit is well appointed and nicely decorated. It’s easy to most anywhere from here. It does get a little noisy at times but that should be expected being on a main street through town. We’re return visitors.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect close to everything and very convenient. The host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

James is a great host. Second time he has hosted our family. We booked on short notice and really enjoyed the walkability of downtown.

Location is very convenient and the parking deck being across the street is great. Apartment is perfect and I appreciated the wide stairwell entrance. The street noise can mean some earplugs can be helpful for midday naps but it dies down by nighttime. Would certainly stay again!

A convenient location for downtown Maryville. We had a great experience at this location. If your attending a wedding at the white star venue or nearby we highly recommend this location. 🏆

Communication with my host was wonderful. Location was easy to find with free parking! Wonderful area with great dining and lots of scenic views. Very comfortable space.

The place is beautiful but it didn’t work for me I stayed a week and the day i slept the most was around four hours, was very annoying the fact the restaurant down stairs get supplies at 5 am Monday, 4 am on Wednesday and 3:30 am Friday, the windows are insulated at all so basically I was sleeping Next to the street any slightest sound can be heard from the outside in, I’m sorry guys but I have to be honest about this, this was the worse place I stayed so far… sleep when you are a working person is important and that was the only reason a booked this apartment, and i couldn’t sleep at all !

This was a nice stay. We were in the area for the Bronco Off-Rodeo. It was such a quick dive to the location but kept us in town to enjoy the coffee shop, local boutiques, and live evening entertainment. The apartment was perfect for two. It was very clean and comfortable. The sound machine was good to have but the noise was tolerable. I wish we would have planned another night. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

We traveled to Maryville for a funeral. This apartment was centrally located to everything! We would love to come again to see family and friends and would choose this place again.

I live staying at these lofts, great location!

This studio is darling & in a great location with a very fair asking price. It’s a cute, quaint space surrounded by darling shops and great resturants. I had an issue with the washer but the host credited me back a portion after messaging him when I left. I will say the biggest downfall is the street noise. If you are a light sleeper or have sensory issues, I recommend elsewhere. They do provide a noise machine but it is not sufficient for how LOUD it truly is.It is located very close to a fire station so you will hear the sirens a lot.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! There was some great people/party watching from the living room on New Year's Eve, yet it was quite peaceful inside (despite the fireworks and crowds)! The local bookstore down the block was amazing, and being able to pop downstairs to Bella for meals was both convenient and delicious. We look forward to coming back soon!

I stayed for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful experience.

I would highly recommend this loft. Jame's was quick to respond when we needed help with a car issue. We enjoyed our stay so much we want to return the next time we are visiting the Knoxville/Townsend area.

This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back! The unit is clean, has all the amenities we need and is in a great location in the ❤️ of downtown Maryville. It was the perfect place. Right downtown and convenient to shops and restaurants. Scot’s Suite was super clean and well stocked with all the essentials. We loved it all and will stay again.Our host James was always available and very communicative. He was great to work with.

Loved staying here. James’ place was clean and relaxing. I misread the entrance protocols (got there too early), and he was flexible with me and helped me get inside. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.

We were in town for a quick overnight. James’ place was available so we thought we would give it a try. Very comfortable, great setup, and easy to find. We loved being town and while it was pretty happening since it was a Saturday night we fell asleep easily and enjoyed the comfort of the Scots Suite loft.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this downtown Maryville loft! It was the perfect location and super cute and practical inside! Prime location for going to TN game but not wanting to stay in Knoxville. Downtown Maryville was so cute and we enjoyed walking across the street to Bluetick Tavern for some delicious pizza! Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed staying downtown Maryville. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and exercise on the Greenway.

We would recommend this place to friends and family. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable and with many amenities. Very good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Some street noise throughout the night but you’re downtown so that should be expected. We didn’t find anything negative here.

we really enjoyed our stay at Scot's Suite, it was a perfect overnight stay for a visit to Maryville to watch our daughter play soccer at Maryville College, the accomodation was spotless and beautifully furnished and our host was very communicative! We would definitely stay here again!

I had such a great stay here! The studio was the perfect little retreat—cozy, comfortable, and right above the most gorgeous restaurant with food and drinks that were out of this world. It felt like such a treat to be able to just pop downstairs for an amazing meal or cocktail. The owners were so kind and responsive—truly some of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb. I left feeling refreshed and already know I’ll be back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for something special!

James’s listing was amazing. I felt at home and completely safe. He had everything you needed there for you to be comfortable. You felt beyond safe coming in and going out. I know that when he sees the place it would be like I wasn’t even there lol but trust me I would definitely come back again. It was a great fit for me. Right next to the same restaurant and ice cream shop I ate at consistently. The air conditioning was superb and the water was always hot. You can definitely tell that he takes care of what he loves and it showed. Thank you for allowing me to be there.

Great location! Allowed us to enjoy a "downtown" feel since we live in rural location. Loft was as advertised - very clean and great use of space. Host was always helpful and responsive! Would stay again!!

James and his place was very Nice! Would recommend and would stay again! The area is a happening place with a lot of walkable places to checkout! Coffee shops in the morning and several places for lunch and dinner with live music! Also Farmers market on Saturday was pretty cool! We enjoyed it!

This was a great accommodation and so cozy! I’m from Maryville originally and it was good to come back for a few days to finish at project at UT. Hosts were very responsive and kind! I would stay here again should I come to visit again.

Loved staying here. It’s central to everything downtown which makes for great walkability. There’s zero noise from the restaurant below so no need to worry about that. Plenty of free parking across the street, too. I’ll definitely stay here again next year when I have a return visit to Maryville

Originally booked this Airbnb because it is located above an old restraunt that is no longer there that my dad and I visited a lot. My dad died of Cancer in 2016 so this was a very special visit. I can't recommend this Airbnb enough, James was very responsible and kind. It was just as pictured and we felt right at home. So do yourself a favor and book this. Make memories, its worth it. And while you're in downtown, if you hear a motorcycle drive by, be sure to say hi to my dad for me, just in case :)

Was a great place to stay for a week in Maryville. The unit was clean, well decorated, and homey with plenty to do right around the building. The hosts were extremely helpful, responsive, and understanding to any questions and requests during my stay.

Great location, plentiful free parking. 2 nice restaurants anyone can walk to, one 10 feet from the front door and one right across the street. Excellent food at both. Apartment was perfect. A few miles to The Shed, as soon as BBS announces the 2026 dates we’ll be booking this lovely Airbnb.

Super cute place! I don’t think I’ve ever videotaped the inside of an Airbnb before, but I did here. I loved the design and layout. It was also immaculately clean inside and had everything I could possibly need for my stay. Very spacious. A tip is to make sure to use the white noise device on the bedside table. Some nights were noisier than others. There are lovely greenbelt parks all around for walks or runs. Ideal location and very easy to park and access.

LOVED LOVED LOVED the loft on Main St, Maryville. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, modern and had everything you'd need for a few days stay. I was traveling solo but felt very safe there as well. No issues at all. The location provides easy access to exploring Knoxville or the surrounding towns. Great coffee shop close by and Bella's downstairs.

Apartment was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. So nice to be able to walk to restaurants. I had a couple questions and Gary was helpful and responded right away.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bella, Bluetick Tavern, Vienna Coffee, the Blount County Library, and the Maryville Greenway were all things that we enjoyed experiencing and being within walking distance of. The room was clean, homey, and had everything we could have hoped for. James was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We were expecting bad weather for our drive home so James helped us extend our stay by an additional day. Highly recommend!

The stay was great. The only complaint would be all the sounds but that’s expected staying downtown. We brought our own fan so it drowned out the noise a little but.

This is hands down the best spot to stay in Maryville. Location was easy Toor’s Ms walk to anything. Local restaurants and shopping very close by. Quiet at night and the hosts were so responsive and helpful! I’ll stay here anytime I am in town.

Jame's place was the perfect charming little staycation for a weekend. Maryville is an adorable place and there were quite a few shops and dining options within walking distance. There were also many great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking is free in both garages and the space is warm and inviting.

This was an impeccable experience. we had the chance to stay in two of their new rooms. This room however, is my favorite. the decor and furniture where outstanding.
