Super cute place and looked just as described. Great location between Knoxville and GSMNP. Super easy parking and getting into the space. Clean and bed was very comfortable. White noise machine was nice to have, but street noise was no different than being in any city center anywhere. Great place for the price paid.

Enjoyed staying in downtown Maryville. The downtown was bustling in the evening and the ice cream shop was amazing.

The host sent communications early and was on top of it. The host also asked how they could better serve us. I appreciated that! The loft was spacious, and had all the amenities including blankets and board games for when we hung out on the living room. On another note, I may have missed it but this is a 3rd floor loft with lots of stairs. For the healthy children and adults this is absolutely fine, but for older adults who will carry a carry or suite case or larger it will be challenging going up and down the stairs which can be a fall risk. My 68 year old mom did well, but she was tired at the top. Likewise, keep in mind you will hear the traffic in the morning and the evening which actually was nice. But if you want quiet, probably not going to happen. lol. Other than that, the loft was lovely and perfect for our M-F stay!

Perfect location! We loved being right in the heart of downtown and soaking up the energy of the area. The property was very well equipped, and the starter kitchen and bathroom supplies were very much appreciated. The space was extremely comfortable. Communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent, and check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

James and Laramy were super responsive and helpful. We had to book last minute due to a water/heat issue at our house during renovations. They responded to our initial communication with minutes and were super flexible about check-in times. They even helped work around an issue we ran into with an AirBnB administrative sue related to my login. All in all, this was the best interaction we could have ever asked for and will be looking to stay here again in order to enjoy downtown Maryville festivities in the future.

I’ve stayed here at least 4-5 times throughout the years. This is hands down the best location in Maryville and the kindest, most accommodating hosts you’ll ever meet. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never encountered Airbnb hosts that are so professionally accommodating and prompt. This unit, as well as the other ones in the building, is perfectly clean and maintained. I recommend this spot to anyone and everyone! It’s safe, best views, best location, clean, and fully equipped to feel like a home away from home. Hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had- they never disappoint!! People take notes bc this is how Airbnb is done.

This is a beautiful and well-appointed space. It was very clean, and had everything we needed - we appreciated nice details like fresh-smelling soaps, pretty dispensers, lovely artwork, etc. Whoever decorated put a lot of thought into making it feel homey, but still uncluttered and clean. I particularly appreciated that it was uncluttered!! The owners are very open about the noise - their description is accurate. I was prepared for it, so it was ok. We felt the location and very nice space outweighed this. We enjoyed popping downstairs for dinner and drinks, and walked the nearby greenway. The hosts were responsive and communicative and kind. Big thanks for a lovely stay!

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding right down Broadway at the Capitol Theatre. It's discreet but easy to find with the provided instructions. The place was clean and spacious. The manager was responsive when I called to ask a question, and I had a seamless check-in and check-out. There was some street noise, being right downtown, but it calmed down once the restaurants did. Overall, I'd stay here again.

James's place was really cute, looked exactly like the pictures, and was clean as a whistle! I usually get weird about bed linens in unfamiliar places but this bed looked like it had brand new sheets and pillowcases, which I loved. My 16 year old daughter said walking up the stairs to the loft was like a scene out of Breakfast at Tiffany's, so she was pleased too! James made finding the place easy, getting inside was easy, and there were very few requests for checkout to compete which was appreciated. I will definitely stay here again!

This is a bright and well-equipped space. It was a perfect location for exploring Maryville and the surrounding environment. It was easy to find great restaurants to try, shops to visit, and Maryville's beautiful greenway was just steps away.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s , this one was one on the nicest best equipped property. It’ was obviously that James and company gave careful thought to the design of the space and decor . It was well equipment , immaculate and the above a great restaurant Bella.

Great location for attending the Bronco Off-roadeo and close to a number of fun bars and restaurants.

The apartment was very nice and had a lot of charm, exposed brick and original wood floors.The listing did say that there would be some noise from the restaurant below. I wish this was the only noise. The street noise during the evening and the food delivery truck, to the restaurant on Friday morning, at 4am was loud.The parking lot across the street was convenient, however it filled up quickly in the evening. So if you took you car out of the lot and came back later, you had to sit in you car and wait for a spot to become available.

Not going to gate keep! James and Laramy have absolutely the best spot in Maryville. IMO these guys are also the best hosts in the area, as well. Very walkable location for food and drinks. Unit was spotlessly clean throughout, looks just like the pictures, great restaurants right outside the front door, but there is a fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook. This unit faces the street below. I love that it has many windows which provide tons of natural lighting, during the day. Parking is easily accessible in the lot directly across from this unit, and it’s FREE. Perfect for couples or solo travelers who want to avoid hotels. I’ve never felt unsafe staying here when traveling alone. *Note - Unit probably has more electrical outlets than my house. This is great when traveling on business and need to charge electronics like a laptop, but don’t want to be confined to one area/room to do work.

Cute place, great location being above Bella and other shops nearby. Greenway is also close and parking is very convenient. Only downside is the traffic noise but that is to be expected. Owner does provide a box fan I wish I had seen earlier.

We loved the place. It was well put together. No detail was left out. Location was super close to restaurants & walking trails. Walkable to Maryville College. The apartment was well designed and had everything you need.

We were in Maryville helping some friends get their house ready to sell. Each day we came back to the loft hot, sweaty and tired, and it was so comfortable and lovely!

This is a really nice loft, conveniently located in downtown Maryville — usually you’d need to stay in Knoxville for this kind of place. Parking is in a free, public lot across the street. I arrived on a Friday night and had no problem finding a spot. As other people have mentioned, since it’s downtown you might encounter normal city noise, so be advised if you are a light sleeper or need your beauty sleep. I recommend turning on the white noise machine next to the bed before you go to sleep — I forgot to do this the first night and woke up at 7am to a jackhammering noise down the street. No problems the second night. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location right over the top of the delicious Bella restaurant! Very central location which made it easy to branch out to wherever I needed to go. The loft was very well kept. I felt right at home stepping into their place.

This was such a great space to stay in beautiful downtown Maryville! There were great restaurants within walking distance and parking was a breeze. The Loft was clean, comfy and everything we needed!

I highly recommend James's place! I love the urban loft style with bricks, art, and lots of windows. It was spotlessly clean - I spend time on the floor doing PT daily so I notice when things aren't thoroughly cleaned. I appreciated the blackout curtains to keep things dark until I was ready to get up. Also, as a single traveler, I felt very safe walking into the unit at night. There are many people visiting nearby restaurants and shops and the parking area is well lit. Danforth Mercantile next door was a surprise with interesting home goods and gourmet food. Bluetick Tavern just across the street was great! James communicated quickly and was very helpful. I was so happy with the stay that I made a reservation for my family to stay in his units over the holidays. One downside - if you are a light sleeper, there is a fair amount of road noise. A sound machine in the unit helps with that quite a bit.

Bricks Over Broadway will be my go-to spot for any Maryville stay. The location is fantastic and the unit is absolutely beautiful. I could not believe how nice this apartment is, especially for the price! I highly recommend booking this spot if it’s available! You won’t find anything else this nice for a better price. And it comes with the best hosts!

Apartment is comfortable, roomy and has modern furnishings. Premium bedding, pillows, and sound machine provide a wonderful night's rest amidst downtown hustle. Comfortable furnishings, blankets and games. Wonderful location in downtown and plenty of parking. For the price paid, bathroom could use a deep cleaning and suggest providing some bottled water, but wasn't a big issue for us or enough to hamper our overall stay. HIGHLY recommend Bella the restaurant below for a nice dinner. Some of the best italian food we've had. Would stay again.

Was very clean and definitely well decorated and spacious . The location was right in the middle of beautiful downtown Maryville . I felt safe, so definitely would recommend. You could walk to restaurants and greenway for afternoon strolls. If you love the “night life “and a very clean air bnb then you should definitely book this place. Five stars !!

This is hands down the best place to stay!! We came from Oklahoma to stay here for a few days and would definitely come back! The check in was smooth and easy. The loft was very very clean and very nice! The restaurants in the area are awesome! There are several nice coffee shops, golf courses, and shopping places. The hosts are the most friendly and responsive people ever and are great communicators! We had a GREAT experience staying here and we highly recommend this place to anyone coming to this area! 10/10

Checking in, our first impression was one of cleanliness and relaxation. The space is well-layed out and nicely decorated. Our King bed was very comfortable. The blinds give a nice vibe, but the addition of using the optional black out drapes was wonderful. We would definately stay again. This loft did not disappoint.

I absolutely loved the place with its brick walls, big windows and location! The bed was very comfortable and the coffee was delicious. The location was easy to get to with the parking right across the street and a bunch of restaurants right there. James and Laramy were responsive and helpful. I would suggest this stay to anyone!

This Airbnb was very nice loved the interior decor. We booked very late at night and had to find something fast with our two kids.James called and made sure we were inside. I felt very safe especially with the code to the door downstairs. So clean. Well put place and I loved that it was close to my hubby’s work. If you are a light sleeper then you may find it hard to sleep bc there is a lot of noise from the street; something I’m not used to. Parking is across the street. a lot of things to do around. I had to wfh during the week I was here and I had to go to the library once to take some calls. Construction woke me up every day but it wasn’t James fault at all. Other than that, amazing place and would book with James again.

Host was very responsive with recommendations and even though we had no issues during our stay, I have no doubt they would have been addressed immediately. We enjoyed our stay at James Loft so much! The location was awesome, being right downtown and right there at Bella Restaurant and City Capitol (the coolest ice cream shop). The loft was also clean and the bed was really comfy! Our hosts were really helpful when getting into the building and when recommending shops and coffee downtown! We had a great two night stay and we would definitely come and stay again!

Bricks Over Broadway was a great place to set up base seeing the sights and sounds of Maryville and catching up with family. James was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Check-in was easy (thanks for the early check-in flexibility--really needed that with our baby!) and our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended! One thing to note is that the house is on Broadway and there can be a little noise at night, so light sleepers should probably bring along some earplugs.

We had a great three-night stay for Christmas! Loved being so close to great restaurants and shopping destinations. Downtown Maryville is really lovely, and this loft is right in the heart of it.

We stayed for 3 nights while we did the Bronco Off-Roadeo. Accommodations were exactly as described. It is a downtown location so you get the noise, but we were well aware of that. In our case, we got to listen to Christmas carols across the street. But that downtown location also allowed for us to not get in the car at all on Saturday. It's a sweet downtown with enough to do. Highly recommend staying at Bricks Over Broadway if you are a solo or couple traveling.

We loved our Thanksgiving weekend in Maryville TN at James's place. The studio apartment was as pictured - nice decor and clean. Everything we needed. James was very responsive to messages responding with in just a couple minutes. The apartment was located in the heart of downtown over an excellent restaurant - Bella - where we enjoyed grouper piccata and a tasty beet salad. It was close to shops and a lovely center city park which we walked through - loved it. We were in town for a Bronco OffRoad Rodeo. This location was perfect as it was only 15 min out of town. As noted in the description, some noise from Bella can be heard in the evening, but I think we heard more noise from the street as people left places along the street or from a few sirens passing. It calmed after about 2 AM (we were there on a holiday weekend!) All to be expected at a downtown location. We had a wonderful weekend in the lovely town of Maryville and are glad we picked James's place to stay!! Perfect :)

Very responsive host, neat and tidy space, well furnished and very convenient to all things in and around Maryville. The music from the bar downstairs was loud, but it didn't go very late. Staying in a studio with my wife and kids was an experiment. Now I know having bedrooms works better for my family! Positive experience overall. I recommended the space for a couple.

Great place! Well appointed and very walkable location. Right in the heart of night life so it is a bit loud at night but makes up for it by placing you right where are the action is. Comfortable and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay once again, this was our second. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, well furnished including a very comfortable bed. This is place where you wouldn’t mind living, we loved it. Our hosts were super, our entire experience was perfect.

The apartment is centrally located in Maryville. It has a very comfortable bed, lots of seating. The wifi was very fast, I was able to accomplish work that requires fast internet. James communicated well, and made sure we were enjoying our stay!

Excellent location with very convenient parking! James was very quick to respond to my messages and even helped accommodate a few requests! I stayed here for a UTK game and getting there and back was a piece of cake! Road noise was minimal and not disruptive at all. There were even some fun board games that we played too! Would stay here again!!

Charming studio/loft above a great restaurant. Top floor so you need to be comfortable climbing stairs, there is no elevator. Easy access, parking directly across the street. Comfortable space, comfy couches, comfy bed, clean, quiet. Occasional road noise but honestly I never noticed, and I'm used to quiet country living. This is a great place for a few days away from home. Plenty of places to be entertained within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Super nice host. They let us check in early, which was great since we had to prepare for our concert. They also advised us about a shuttle that would take us to the concert, which was super convenient. The place was super cute and very homey Overall a great experience!

I cannot begin to say what amazing people these owners are. They are relatable and reliable. They 100% care about you and your family and why you are in Tennessee. Cute loft in heart of downtown Maryville. Good location and good communication. Being over nice Bella restaurant is a perk for a convenient nice dinner (though reservation may be needed). Pretty well stocked though we could’ve used more towels and a wine opener. It’s described as 1 bedroom but it’s a studio, no complete wall in bedroom or closet there, so that has some noise and privacy implications. Floor in the older building can be very squeaky and there was a moisture problem - towels stayed wet in bathroom and books got damp and warped in living room. Didn’t use the Pack n play but a nice touch for kids and nice having sofa bed. That said, we didn’t find it too family friendly for small children given lugging all the gear up long, steep flights of stairs and having to cross a busy street to/from parking. Restaurant noise wasn’t a concern but street car noise was definitely a problem at times.

James's home was so convenient to everything the cute town of Maryville had to offer. We really appreciated the proximity to the wedding venue we went to. The home had really everything you needed for a great stay...and bonus, really appreciated the fans (we love white noise).

Awesome spot downtown. You can easily walk to many restaurants and bars. It’s also about a block away from the Greenway (walking/biking trail) that runs all over the county. Awesome upstairs loft in the middle of literally everything downtown. The noise from the business below was present, but honestly I barely even noticed it. Easy check in, parking is very close, and the place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had business to conduct in the Maryville area and didn’t want to do the hotel scene. I saw the ad for this loft and decided to take a shot at it. I was in for a surprise! This loft is awesome with all the amenities of home. The photos don’t do it justice, one must see it in person. I highly recommend this loft for anyone in the area. The restaurant below, The Bella provided great atmosphere and the food was delicious. I plan on staying at this loft every time we are in town. James that for the late notice accommodation and see you guys soon. Jay

What a lovely respite in quaint downtown Maryville! Bella restaurant, shopping at J. Danforth Mercantile, beautiful walking trails, a wonderful farmers market- all within walking distance. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend Bricks Over Broadway!

Nice for the city life

My weekend was fabulous.. the Airbnb could not have been cleaner..and in a perfect location. Maryville is a sweet little town! Everyone was super friendly. The food at Bella’s was amazing and “the shed” music venue was very cool!

The loft is super comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommend Maryville College Woods and the Maryville Greenway for daily walks in the area which seem much more remote than they actually are……

Cute, clean, and convenient! We were in town for a wedding and it was close to the venue. We walked to breakfast, and checked out the local shops. Our hosts gave great recommendations for local places to eat. The noise is as described, but did not bother us at all. Would happily stay here again.

We had a perfect stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished. The location was just right, easily accessible and easy to find as well. Maryville is a beautiful, quaint small town with a good selection of restaurants and close to The Smokies, we loved it. James was an excellent host. Very proactive. He responded to a text message in one minute; we were very impressed. We plan to return in the future.

I just checked out of Bricks Over Broadway this morning, after spending five days in that Maryville loft. It was a really great place with a highly responsive and very friendly host (Laramy, co-host), who responded to every one of my messages/queries within minutes. The loft was great. There are two flights of stairs (no elevator that I could find), but that served as a bit of exercise after the delicious meals enjoyed in the area. It's a really terrific location, extremely comfortable space, and worth the price. I was a little worried about the "free parking" (especially on weekend nights), but the parking lot across the street has three levels (have to look a bit to find the entrance to the lower two floors), and I never had any difficulty finding a spot. I highly recommend this AirBnB loft in Maryville! Thank you, James & Laramy, for a wonderful stay. [One note: the two-flight "walkup" with no elevator may be limiting for some.]

Loved the charm of the building/space. Super clean and great layout given the space. Walking distance to some great restaurants and hangouts. Believe them when they talk about noise. We’re usually ok with some low level noise having lived in a city but this was a bit more than we expected.

Despite there being harsh weather conditions and closings, he was able to help me get checked in and I was thankful to have a beautiful and safe place to stay until my driveway was accessible after the thaw out. James was heaven sent!!! The recent snow storm (Jan 2024) caused the airport to close and everything was booked out and closed. I messaged James at night to book knowing there is a chance he may not respond but he did. Not only did he respond, he is the most transparent, accommodating, and helpful host I have ever had. He not only gave me a place to stay in the middle of a snow storm in close to negative degree weather, he made sure I was taken care off. I would book again just because of both of the host, forget everything else. After over 24 hours of trying to get home, I needed someone like them to make my trip here a little easier and they did. The apartment was very nice, well worth the money with extremely clear instructions. It is literally on the strip of so many things so everything is walkable. There is parking if you drive. The place is also beautifully decorated and well thought out. This is the perfect place if you want to be close to everything. BOOK BOOK BOOK!!!!!!

In the heart of town with lots of resturants within a block or two. Loft was clean and decorated tastefully. Host was very responsive. Fast internet and large screen TV with good channel selection.

Location is great. Very convenient to everything we needed to do. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance so again the location is great!! I cannot give it a 5 star review, simply because the noise was unexpected. That is truly the only negative about this place. The restaurant below plays music on speakers right outside the windows until late in the evening, like 11 pm. Conversations of people walking below could be heard very clearly. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, sleeping headphones or chose a different location otherwise you will be miserable.

Loved Bricks over Broadway. The only downside is that our stay was too short! I always love spending time in Maryville with it's cute downtown area, restaurants, breweries and more. This loft apartment is in the center of it all!

Easy parking nearby. A few steps and you’re in a cozy comfortable unit. Even though it’s facing the road , there is little traffic heard ! Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Maryville or close by !

Great location and very clean

Great place in the heart of Maryville. There were a couple of minor issues which James quickly responded to with above average vigor such that they were not really issues at all (battery died in keyless entry, but was easy to replace). As mentioned, this place fronts the street so there is road and people noise below as is normal in any town. It’s much less than a big city and tails off relatively early. Assuming you are looking to explore the charm of the town center, this place is very walkable and quite nice inside. Heartily recommended!

The apartment was perfect for my stay. The place was as-described and as-pictured. It was homey, updated, comfortable and very clean. James checked in with me day-of-arrival and on-going for questions I had. He responded very quickly. The location was great for getting around Maryville and there were several bars and restaurants on the same block. I travel to Maryville a few times a year and this will be my new go-to spot if it is available.

James’s apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Was very easy to find and enter with a door code. Free parking was plentiful across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to cook but the kitchen is also very well equipped to make a meal. We appreciated having some condiments and spices available as well as some coffee supplies for Keurig to get you through the first morning. The wifi was very fast which we appreciated as we were both working some of the time. Highly recommend and will stay again if we are in the area.

James provided great instructions and the space had nice personal touches like games, book, coffee, soap in the shower, and water bottles for us. Check out instructions were also clear, simple simple, and wasn’t anything too strenuous (like other Airbnbs). We stayed here for our wedding that was down the street at White Star Station so the location was incredibly convenient! I definitely recommend staying here!

We booked James' loft as we were having an anniversary staycation that ended with dinner at Bella, a fantastic Italian restaurant on the first floor of the same building. But it was more than a convenient location - it was a beautiful, modern, clean, stylish space. On top of that, our hosts were accommodating, responsive, and committed to ensuring our complete satisfaction! Road traffic on Broadway Ave could be problematic for the light sleeper - dinner at Bella will help! Five stars!

This was a really cute Airbnb in downtown Maryville, TN. Everything you need to cook a meal, relax or walk around downtown. I have a few complaints based on the price compared to others we have stayed at. There were no electronics charging ports, so if you forget one you will have to head to the store. We didn’t cook but there were no spices, just oil and salt/pepper. There was no coffee creamer available, if you don’t drink black coffee head to the store. The listing states there are dove hair/body products but that was not the case. It is actually very loud at night. The windows are older and we could hear people talking outside and all of the motorcycles going by. It woke us up several times. I did address a few issues privately with the owner. I really wanted to love it but not for the price we paid. We could have easily stayed at a hotel and all the extras we needed.

This place was great. The host was also great. We had a fiasco by forgetting our stuffed animal and he was so helpful to make sure we got it back in a timely manner. There is also a box fan for noise. The towels were also fantastic!

Wonderful host! Fantastic location it’s in the heart of Maryville! Me and Wife stayed here after we got married. The only complaint is you can hear everything that is happening on the street below you. We woke up a few times in the middle of the night because of loud trucks that drove by.

My husband and I loved staying here on our Smoky Mountains vacation! The space was clean, private, and had everything we needed to cook our own food, which is always a plus. It is right above Bella (a delicious restaurant) and a relatively busy street, so make sure to bring a sound machine if you’re sensitive to noise, but we got used to it quickly and it did not change our overall experience. Convenient location to get to both Knoxville and the National Park.

The loft was perfect for a couple just wanting to get away but not in a hotel or too far from home. Full kitchen to cook a huge meal in, and the bed was SO comfy we both almost overslept for work. Will definitely be back!

Love the place. Great stay. Great location, 10-15 minute Uber ride from airport, and just down the road from all kinds of shops and chain stores and restaurants. Also within 3 blocks walking distance is a great coffee shop (Vienna) , and this place is located above the Bella restaurant which is terrific. We stayed with our two young children, and the space was perfect. Kids slept on pull out couch, and a king size for the two of us. Clean and well stocked kitchen, with a fridge, keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and clothes washer and dryer, silverware, plates, cups, glasses, and bowls. The host James was very polite and quick to get back to us. Check in was smooth and simple instructions. Would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful apartment two floors above a nice restaurant. Area has lots of activity - felt very safe. Plenty of parking is across the street. Lots of bars & restaurants within a short walk. Appreciated Keurig for morning coffee. Plenty of kitchen utensils, glasses, pots & pans if you chose to cook your meals. Washer & dryer in unit with pods supplied. Great place to stay at.

What an awesome weekend! The loft is both charming and felt like a home away from home. Well stocked for both bedding and kitchen-- could easily be utilized as an extended stay if needed. We loved being close to the mountains and shopping without being in a tourist zone. Check out Lemongrass (Thai/Sushi), Bella (Italian), and The Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro in Townsend ($$$) for great food. We can't wait to visit again!

I got this place as a Christmas present for my in laws, and they absolutely LOVED it!! I’m so jealous that I’m going to book my husband and I a couple of nights away there soon! My in laws couldn’t work the smart tv and when I reached out to James and Laramy, they had me tell them to call them so they could walk them through it! So sweet of them! The place is adorable, super clean and functional and right over one of the best restaurants, Bella! Maryville is such a great little town too. I HIGHLY recommend you staying here!

Great Place. Looked like the towels and such were new. Everything was clean and organized. Not an issue but there are 33 stairs from the street to this unit. Not an issue for us but just an FYI.

James's listing was well decorated, clean and outfitted for everything you could need for a short (or longer) stay. It's right in Maryville's little downtown area and food, shops, etc. were very easy access. James was extremely communicative and very responsive when questions arose. The instructions to check-in and out were very straight forward. I'd gladly stay there again!

The location of this loft is incredible! Be sure to grab reservations at Bella right below the loft and chill in the loft if there is a wait at the restaurant until your table is ready. Be sure to get the calamari, it was amazing!!! Back to the loft…. I LOVED everything about this loft! You literally get an at home peaceful feel right when you walk through the door. It is so beautifully decorated and the owners have thought of everything you need to make your stay cozy and fun from board games and soft blankets to a box fan and noise machine to block out the traffic from the street below. The bed is SO comfortable! The comfort of the mattress, bedding, and pillows are deal breaker on a review and I could have slept in this bed for days it was so comfortable. Seriously 10 stars on the bed comfort. I will Definitely be back to book some summer nights on Broadway! James and Laramy were awesome and very responsive!

Bricks on Broadway is fabulous. We had guests in town that needed to be near venues where we were having events. This pristine little condo is fantastic, walkable to all of downtown Maryville! Fantastic eateries literally outside the front door. Our guests were so happy there . The hosts are communicative and super responsive. This gem has everything you need for a fantastic stay, whether business or pleasure. We already booked another weekend with them!

The consideration and thoughtfulness of these hosts is amazing. The location is perfect, within walking distance to some of the finest bars and restaurants this town has to offer. This place comes equipped with everything you need, and gives you amenities you didn't even think you would need. They have all of the utensils, dishware and cooking equipment you need to stay in and cook a nice meal. I stay at air bnb s all throughout the U.S. for work. This stay was by far the nicest I've ever experienced. The hosts were extremely caring and communicative. I will be renting this space again in the near future.

Not only is this the most incredible location in the center of downtown Maryville it is also filled with all the comforts of home. The owners have done an incredible job picking out comfortable furniture with plenty of extras to make your stay perfect. Some of my favorite aspects were the beautiful brick walls with soring sealings, the fluffy towels, and the extra games and supplies provided by the owner. I can't wait to get the opportunity to stay again!
