The host was very kind and responded within minutes. Me and my family came in a day earlier than expected and James allowed us early check in with no problems. The house was so clean and comfortable it felt so peaceful. And best of y’all everything we needed was just a few minutes away.

We had such a great stay while visiting family for my nephew’s graduation at MTSU. The home was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and honestly felt like something out of an interior design magazine! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.. and the large backyard was such a nice bonus for our family. The hosts had everything stocked so thoughtfully.. plenty of linens, coffee, and a well equipped kitchen. The location was also perfect: close to downtown Murfreesboro, MTSU, and lots of great restaurants while still feeling tucked away and relaxing. Since my sister lives in the area, we’ll definitely be back and would absolutely stay here again!

Very adorable home in Murfreesboro! We enjoyed all of the thoughtful Tennessean decor throughout!! So cute. Big enough to fit our family of 6, with room to spare! Large yard and great deck for outdoor eating. There was coffee available (super appreciated), and also games available under the tv stand. Overall we really enjoyed the privacy of the home and peaceful neighborhood! Very easy self-check-in and checkout process. Would stay again! Thank you!!

Nice updated home with swanky decor and a big backyard. The neighborhood feels safe and is close to stores, etc. Great shower with hot, strong water pressure. The hosts are friendly and responsive.

This is the second one of James' properties we have stayed in on our way from Missouri to Florida. We love the little town of Murfreesboro & both of James places were perfect for my larger family. We loved the pink bedroom in this house and the two bathrooms were very clean. James is always extremely responsive and helpful. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Everything was great. The only issue we had was the oven had burnt food inside and we didn’t notice it right away. Used it once and the house filled up with smoke and smoke detectors went off. Other than that the property was perfect.

This place was exactly as listed. It is a pet friendly location and has a wonderful fenced back yard for fur babies to enjoy and exercise. We stayed at this location because it was 35 minutes from the Jack Daniel Distillery, but still in a nice college town with plenty to do. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was even a couple of dog toys there for our baby to play with! We will definitely plan to book again!

The host was pleasant. The rug in the master bedroom and hallway could use a refresh. Some small creamers would have been nice until we made it to the store. Coffee was there. Front door hard to close. Some curtains on door window might provide more privacy. Towels, linens and TVs nice. Had a cute cottage feel. Just thought from pictures the house was a little larger. Priced a little high for cottage affect but that was after including all fees.

TN Legends was the perfect space for our family visiting for my son's graduation from MTSU. The home was welcoming and cozy and our pup absolutely loved the huge fenced-in backyard. Great location too, close to the University and many restaurants.

This place and James were both an absolute godsend. The accommodations were affordable, comfortable, and clean. We were able to fit our large family of 8 + 2 pets comfortably without tripping over each other, and the location was extremely accessible. Everything you could think you might need were provided; towels, shampoo and conditioner, cleaning supplies, extra bedding, an air mattress and crib, clothes hangers, dishes and cookware aplenty, you name it. And the home itself is so beautiful! It may look unassuming from the outside but inside the house is pristine, spacious, and the themes of each bedroom were so clever! James was very responsive to any and all questions I had for him and was so compassionate and accommodating, which we greatly appreciated during an incredibly difficult time for our family. Thank you so much James and Laramy, for providing a home away from home during our stay.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. My family came in from Texas and were extremely happy with the style and decor of the home. James communicated very well with me before, during and after my stay. The only part is I wish that check-out could be later and not so early. Checking out at noon would be better. Had a good two night stay at this property. We had no issues, the neighborhood was quiet, and there was a lot of restaurant options close to the location.

My family of 5 and 2 fur babies where in the finishing stage of building our home and James place provided the right amount of space we needed. Stayed here for two weeks while working. I would highly recommend this property. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. This is a very nice place to stay, very clean and comfortable, we were 10 and didn’t feel tight in the house, every space is very well organized. The sheets and towels were very nice and clean. The whole house felt like my own home. Definitely if I come back I would stay here again. The kitchen has everything that you might need too.

We needed a place to stay for several days with a group of family members and also close to our other family in Murfreesboro- this place was perfect for us! When walking in it was clean, updated, and roomy for our group. Plenty of utensils/pots and pans for cooking and also cleaning products . This Airbnb looked just like its pics and met all expectations for our stay. The host was very prompt and friendly when asking about extending our stay . We felt like it was a home away from home! We would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in or around Murfreesboro area.

This home was such a joy to stay in! All of the rooms were tastefully themed and absolutely gorgeous! My favorite was the Dolly room, while our daughter's favorite room was the Smoky Mountain Kids Room with the bunk beds and hang out nook. She did NOT want to leave this room behind! The Jack Daniels bathroom was the coolest. The house was absolutely spotless and the kitchen had everything you could need. The deck was lovely and the enormous yard was such a great fit for our dog! James was prompt and so helpful as a host. We can't wait to return and are so happy we fell upon Murfreesboro and this wonderful house!

If your not a Nashville TN fan. You will be after staying in the Rebel decor. Enjoyed the stay. The space is beautifully decorated, maintained (clean) & comfortable. You can always tell the host that take notice of important details to make your stay memorable as well as comfortable. Down to snacks & supplies. I normally travel with bleach spray to pre-clean & maintain between individual use during our stay. There are ample supplies to tidy up. Location was great, easy to find. Near MTSU, I would stay again. Great/private parking, security lighting. Host quickly responded to questions, with care & concern. Offered options to my questions. "IT WAS A FANTABULOUS STAY"

James went out of his way to make sure we were happy. When I asked for a brew coffee machine, James went out of his way to buy it and brought home so we could have fresh brew coffee. James is an excellent host.. if I have to come back to Nashville, I would definitely book it there.

Not a very large space by any means, but it was a good and functional place for us while visiting family in TN for a few days. Only complaint is, for us staying in July, the AC had a hard time cooling the place to a comfortable level (below 78) during the heat of the day. Not bad if you'll be busy and out of the house during the days though.

We stayed there for our son’s soccer tournament and the location was great! The house was cute and clean. It had everything we needed and we cooked there quite a bit. The beds were comfy. The house smelled good. The backyard was big and we loved watching the firefly’s at night. We would stay there again.

This place is great! Only 3 minutes from MTSU, big screen TVs in almost every room, and there is no traffic on the street. I will be staying here again.

Went up for an indoor softball tournament and had game dates that changed so I tried to get in contact to explain the situation and he called me immediately! We stayed on the phone talking for about 20 minutes and he gave great information about the surroundings and his experience with the indoor tournaments!!
