Stylish Downtown Loft Above Bella Restaurant

We had an amazing stay in this loft. Perfect spot to walk to all of our plans for the trip. James and Laramy were very quick to respond to any questions we had and covered all of our concerns. Fantastic place to stay and relax. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Great place full of character in a location with few lodging options. Perfect for a night out, with excellent theaters and restaurants mere steps away. Extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

What a great place to stay. I will definitely save this as a favorite. The host was amazing and quick to respond. I didn't feel like the noise at the restaurant below wasn't bad at all.

Really enjoyed staying in this loft. Was very cozy inside and the perfect size. Also Bella’s Italian below was a great place to eat with an amazing selection of cocktails that were all awesome.

Great little studio with a stylish vibe—I really loved the location. It’s perfectly situated downtown making it easy to get around, and parking was a breeze. There’s a set of stairs to enter the building, and while it’s an older property, it’s been thoughtfully updated to feel both cute and comfortable. The unit itself had everything I needed for a quick stay and felt especially ideal for a solo traveler. I’d absolutely stay here again. Bonus: Bella restaurant and Capital Theater Ice Cream Parlor made for the perfect take out night in, which was a huge plus!

Nice location with access to free parking and multiple food/entertainment options. The noise from the below restaurant is absolutely a thing. It's not horrific, but if you're early to bed or a light sleeper, it could be an issue.

I am from the area and my girlfriend and I wanted to have a little stay-cation and hit up some of the restaurants in the area for Valentine’s Day weekend and we stayed in this loft above Bella and absolutely loved it! Super cozy and an amazing location. Walking distance from all the great restaurants and bars maryville has to offer! 10/10 would recommend

Cute little loft located in the heart of Maryville, pristine and clean on arrival, the only thing to note was the leak above the the patio door, which James was very responsive too.

The vibe was great, there is noise from the restaurant next door but the sound machines were spot on.

I had to travel for work and this place was great. Very spacious and comfy. Some of the appliance were a little out of date, but it wasn’t anything major and it wasn’t an issue. The restaurant below is audible until they close around 10. This wasn’t an issue for me, but it might be for others.

Loft is exactly as described! Downtown Maryville is a great, safe and fun place to stay and get to know the area.

We stayed the nights leading up to our wedding at the Capitol Theatre. It was a perfect sanctuary to escape as we needed. Would definitely stay again !

This was my second stay in one of James and Laramy’s units above Bella Restaurant. I enjoyed my stay last summer so much that I immediately booked two additional units for a family visit over the holidays. I love the historic, urban loft feel - all 3 units I've been in now have the same "vibe," were extremely clean, and well stocked with kitchen gadgets, quality TV, and a comfortable bed. Having two units this time was perfect for our family: we could spend evenings together after being out during the day, while still having privacy. If you’re deciding between the four top-floor units above Bella, the Bricks over Broadway unit (front of the building) has better views and more space with a large dining table and sectional sofa, but also more street noise. This unit (on the back side) was slightly smaller but much quieter once Bella closed. I preferred the quiet, but you really can’t go wrong either way! James and Laramy have been great communicators across all my stays!

PERFECT LOCATION! Clean, very nice apartment, great communication from the host.

My husband and I had a quick overnight stay for a date night and the apartment was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and we were able to walk everywhere for the night. Will definitely keep in mind for a date night again and recommend to friends! Hosts were very responsive and had great recommendations. Thank you again!

We love this place so much this was our 3rd stay. It is in a perfect location with lots of food and drinks within walking distance.

Very clean and convenient

This place was absolutely fantastic! We were attending a wedding downtown at the Capital Theater with dinners at Bella. Maryville is nice and walkable, and these lofts were right in the center of everything. The rooms were pristine, comfortable, and easy to make ourselves at home. If you get a chance, definitely walk down to the Vienna Coffee shop and check out their art gallery!

We live locally and never imagined looking for an place to stay in our hometown. In a pinch he got us checked in 30 mins after reaching out. The location is great for enjoying all of what Downtown Maryville has to offer and easy access to all of what East TN has to offer. Easy parking. Great host. Comfy place to stay.

This is one of the best Airbnb locations I've stayed in. The apartment is terrific. The location in the middle of town is perfect. James & Laramy were always available and proactive. A great place to stay.

This is a very cute place, the restaurant downstairs was fabulous. There was a little noise from neighboring businesses but not bad at all.

Stay at the loft was excellent! Very cozy, and super clean. Access was simple, just up the stairs from the sidewalk access. Location is fantastic. Dinner at the Bella Restaurant below was delicious and had a great atmosphere. Pizza from across the street at the Bluetick Tavern was very good as well. Numerous other restaurants and shops on the street. Parking directly across the street was very convenient. Sat on the benches outside in the evening and enjoyed seeing the nightlife. Everything was great all around, and we will certainly be back again!

What a wonderful place! It was in a prime location in downtown maryville. Lots to walk to shops, and restaurants! The space was very clean and just as pictured and described! The hosts were very responsive and proactive!!! Loved it!!!!!

Our friends stayed at Perch Over Pistol Creek. This was their 2nd time with the same property managers and again had an exceptional experience. Very clean and exactly as described. Location is perfect! Cute shops with great places to eat and local bars in walking distance. Definitely check out Bella during your stay. It’s literally downstairs.

We loved staying in the loft in downtown Maryville. It was well-furnished, inviting and exactly as described. The bed was really nice - firm but not too firm with lovely linens.

This was a cozy little space. I enjoyed the amenities. I was there for work, and with it being above the Bella restaurant, it was noisy until they closed. The parking for this unit is a public parking area across the street. A couple of evenings when I got back from work it was difficult to find a spot to park. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. Also loved that parking was free and right across the street.

Fabulous stay! James was quick to respond to questions. Clean, and appreciated the washer and dryer. Walkable to restaurants and shopping in the area. Would stay again!

Fantastic place. Will stay any time I'm in the area. Just a heads up, you can definitely hear the restaurant patrons which was fine because I usually had the TV on anyway. Honestly, it kind of added a cool ambiance to the place as far as I was concerned. But, for those who go to bed early and sleep light, it might be an issue. A noise machine is provided by the bed though. Nice touch. None of this detracts from the apartment. It is a really good stay, great location, and well appointed.

Very clean and good location. Disappointed we could not use “balcony” because of construction but I’m sure it will be lovely when finished. Great bed!

We enjoyed our stay. Got to explore a bit of Maryville. The Saturday Farmers market was great! Get a pretzel from Katie’s and fresh squeezed lemonade from Lemony Squeeze and so many yummy baked goods, fresh veggies…

Cute loft with great location. Restaurant downstairs can get a little noisy but calms down by bedtime. James was very responsive when we had questions and was gracious enough to offer a discount when there was some confusion about the listing.

Staying here was a great experience. James was helpful, friendly, and responsive. The table was covered in a layer of dust when we arrived and the bathroom fan doesn’t work, but besides those two small things, the place was phenomenal!

James responded quickly allowing us entry when we arrived an hour earlier than expected. He stayed on the phone with us to make sure the code allowed us entrance. The apartment had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, games and cozy blankets in the living room. It was nice to walk next door to Bella’s and the Capital for ice cream. There are other coffee shops within walking distance. Remember it is over the restaurant so some noise is noticed in the living room area more than the sleeping area. Enjoyed the quietness of a small town and could even hear the faint sound of a distant train.

Amazing stay and great location!

This location is perfect if you come over to this area. 20 minutes from the smokey mountains and from knoxville. The apartment is very nice and you've got all you need. I strongly suggest this place.

Very convenient location for us in Maryville. Liked being downtown within walking distance to good food, the theater and greenway... and 15 min away from Knoxville. "The Perch over Pistol Creek" gives the impression this is a creekside view, which isn't the case, so maybe the owner can update the title.

The location and place are ideal for exploration and convenience. parking is freely available opposite. The apartment itself sits atop a restaurant, and the music and conversation carries clearly into the apartment, so if you are a light sleeper, that might bother you a bit. Other than that, the apartment is convenient and has all the amenities. James is extremely responsive so she problems are easily resolved.

Great little place, has everything you need! Very clean and comfortable. Great location and two good restaurants in walking distance! Only thing they didn’t have was a wine bottle opener (bring your own) no big deal!!! I would stay again.
