11/10 would recommend this stay!! Fit all 10 of us very comfortably. Very responsive and accommodating to any of our needs. I would definitely book this place again when coming back to Nashville.

This was a great spot for my best friend’s Bachelorette!! East to get everywhere we needed to go within 10 mins. Would for sure stay again if visiting Nashville.

Nice place, lots of room, clean and comfortable. we were close enough to local attractions to Uber around. there were convenience stores near by as well as a great wing joint, Official wings, I'd highly recommend. there was plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans for us to cook meals.

This was a great place to stay! I will warn people though, it has lots of stairs! They were fine for us but we came with my 75 year old mother in law so we put her in the room on the main floor and that worked out great! The location was really nice. About a 10 min drive from downtown, depending on traffic. The amenities were perfect too! Last but not least, the hosts are very responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend it!!

This place was wonderful!!! It was close to downtown and in proximity to everywhere we went! It felt like a new house, was so clean, and so adorably decorated with Nashville charm! The beds were very comfortable. We loved the rooftop where we would sit and drink wine and eat appetizers every night! Our hosts were proactive, so friendly, and so quick to respond!

Excellent place to stay for a girls trip of 6! We had more than enough space, loved having a bathroom for every room. Beds were comfy, house was clean and had everything we needed and the location was great. We didn’t want to be right downtown, so this was perfect and yet still a short ride to broadway and everything else we did. Justin was an excellent host and very responsive. They quickly answered any questions we had and were friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Justin was very responsive for any of our needs while we stayed here. There was plenty of space for a large group of girls and was a cheap uber away to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a ladies weekend! Justin was a great host. He was very responsive before and during our stay with questions. The pictures were accurate of every room and throughout the entire place. Very clean. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom which made it easy to get ready for the day or night. We cooked breakfast every morning, and the kitchen had all the equipment needed. The open kitchen and living room area was big enough for all six of to eat and gather. Bedrooms were place on each level so everyone had there own space to retreat to if they wanted. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit rainy so we could not take advantage of the rooftop. Yes, lots of stairs, but not bad. Downtown Broadway is only a quick 10-minute Uber or taxi ride. The townhouse is located in an Urban area, but we felt safe during our trip.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and pillows were especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The house was also very well stocked and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, and the space itself felt open and spacious. Justin was an excellent host! Very attentive, responsive, and quick to help with anything that came up. You can really tell him and his team care about making sure guests have a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This place was a bit in need of cleaning and care. We walked in and there are stains and streaks all over to the point that we need to get magic eraser to clean ourselves . The pictures make it look and appear over than it is . It wasn’t awful but definitely disappointing for the price .

I can’t say enough great things about our hosts and our stay. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Location was close to things. The garage was a nice surprise to be able to use! Communication was unmatched when I reached out with questions as the responses were almost instant. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on my next trip!

Great place to stay during Nashville’s mass power outages.

Perfect spot for a group trip. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable, and an easy drive into Nashville for Predators and Titans games along with a variety of restaurants / bars in downtown Nashville. Hosts were great! Would book again for a large group trip to Nashville.

This place was perfect for our group of 6! It's not always easy to please six people ranging from 19-83 but everyone was pleased with their stay here. Parking was very limited for our trucks but once we got parked it was super easy to Uber to and from everywhere we wanted to go. This house has everything you could possibly need in terms of toiletries, dishes, cookware, etc. The hosts responded in record time both times I messaged and James was extremely helpful in answering all the questions I bombarded him with. I would most definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again!

Real quite and real comfortable beds

Place is just as described! Very clean and spacious! Beautiful decor and layout! There are A LOT of stairs so prepare for a workout lol. Absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect for a large group. The host was also very responsive and quick to help when needed! Would definitely book again!

Host was super responsive & helpful. We appreciated that they were flexible with check in. House was clean and spacious for our 7 group party. They provided many necessities throughout the home. Only challenge we had was parking. Garage was small and spots were very limited. I would definitely book again in the future.

We had the best experience staying here! The house was absolutely awesome -clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures. It had everything we could’ve asked for and made our trip so easy and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive - anytime we had a question, they got back to us right away. One of the highlights was the amazing transportation service they offer, which made getting around Nashville super convenient and stress-free. Overall, this place exceeded all our expectations. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our trip and would 100% stay here again next time we’re in Nashville!

Stayed here with a group of 9 for a weekend and it was perfect! The house was super clean, had lots of supplies (extra pillows blankets, cookware, spices), every bedroom had its own bathroom, and was very close to downtown. Very nice place and at a great price, would definitely stay here again!

Yes, I would pay that price 10/10 times, for a house like that and a location only 10 minutes from Broadway.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The decor and design of this Airbnb are fantastic—every detail felt so thoughtfully done and made the space feel stylish yet comfortable. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay, from the amenities to the cozy atmosphere. Truly a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again!

In town with our adult kids and the place accommodated 9 of us very comfortably with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is totally set up for large groups - we cooked a few meals and they had everything! The hosts were very responsive even offering their personal numbers if needed. Offered early check in and out helping us with staged flights in and out. Decorated so cute offering great photo ops. We would come back! Thanks guys!

8 of us ladies met of for concert in Nashville. Justin's place was extremely clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Living room, kitchen and rooftop all were very comfortable for all of us to gather. Excellent value. I would recommend the property.

Great place and close to everything!

The hosts were very good at communicating and their responsive time was 10/10. The shuttle recommendation came in handy everyday for our crew. The house was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Broadway is about 10 minutes away too

This was an outstanding stay! We were a group of 10 in town for graduation. The location was convenient to the venue and the condo was great! it was fully stocked, clean and well furnished. There were games and a record player and rooftop putt putt golf. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made getting ready a breeze! The hosts were very accommodating and considerate. I''d definitely stay again. 10/10

We loved our experience, the place was very clean, thought out and detailed. The host were very accommodating with us calling needing help understanding the doors. They checked in on us thought the trip. It was good short drive to broadway, we also ordered pizza from a brochure left on the counter. I would definitely go back to stay!

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described, if not better. The space was spotless, well decorated, and had all the amenities I could need. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The location was perfect, with plenty of things to do nearby. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience . Wow! We were so impressed and so thankful to stay in this home!! A group of us came in for the weekend for a concert and the Airbnb made a really fun place for us to get ready, hang out during the day and make meals together. The kitchen had everything we needed for all of our recipes and was stocked with trash bags and cleaning supplies. Downtown was just a short uber away and made getting to and from the concert really simple! The hosts were so kind and helpful in the process, they really went out of their way to make our trip incredible. We will definitely be favoriting this spot and returning on our next Nashville trip! This is a great spot for a group of friends, bachelorette parties or even families with the large living room and fun rooftop! We can’t wait to come back!
