Cozy 2BR/2BA Home – Fast Wi-Fi, Fenced Yard, MTSU

We so enjoyed our stay at the little stone house. What a gem! Very accommodating and clean. The fenced in backyard was perfect for a furry friends and a ball to play soccer. We hope to return again soon. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

The Little Stone House was exactly what my dogs and I needed to break up the long drive from Central Florida to Chicago. The home was just as described, comfortable, and the large fenced in yard was perfect for the pups. Highly recommend!!

We loved staying at the Stonehouse. The yard was perfect for our furbaby and location was great for my son’s visit to MTSU. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. There’s a great bagel place across the street for breakfast and very close to downtown for local restaurants. We loved The Alley on Main for the dog friendly huge outdoor patio and great food!

Cute and comfortable house with plenty of room. Primary bed was very firm which we loved. The living area was very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We were very impressed with how secure the fenced in backyard was for our little dogs. Neighborhood was safe & quiet. There is a busy street nearby but noise was not an issue for us. Would stay here again & recommend.

We were in town for the Nashville Cherry Blossom festival. The home was wonderful and inviting. We had a 5x8 trailer, parking was easy. Safe place. Furnished kitchen for basic cooking. Very reponsive host. Professional and a feel of high end hospitality accumen. Comfortable beds and the part that stood out the most: truly clean ( old standards or 5 star hotel clean) We travel to a lot of shows from Orlando to Atl to Memphis and Nashville this time after disgust at so many other locations including resort hotels we brought linens. To avoid those stains on white sheets. To our glee and shock, We didnt need them! It was amazing to stay at a truly clean place! No stains on the sheets no thread bare spots. You pay cleaning fees and its beautiful til you pull back the bedding or glance at your feet all dirty. For once the floors didnt turn our feet black from cheap fast moping or sticky from cleaning residue. Our stay was as clean as it was beautiful thank you so much!

The place very cute and had everything we needed. The location is close to both MTSU, downtown, and easy to access. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, well maintained, and clean. We would stay there again!

The house was very clean and nicely maintained. It’s very well decorated and had all we needed. We appreciate them delaying our checkout time also. However, there were a few things that we’d suggest. We never could figure out how to turn on the front porch light. Maybe the bulb was out so it was rather dark coming in at night. The kitchen table was very wobbly and the low table near the couches were too. Our biggest issue was the beds. The mattresses were extremely firm and not very comfortable for us. We’d suggest getting a mattress topper for all the beds.

This was my third time staying in the little Stonehouse and I’ll be staying there again. The next time business brings me to Nashville. It’s very cozy and well worth the money.

Our stay was great! We were there for a work conference at the Embassy suites conference center just 10 minutes away. Easy drive to and from and tons of restaurants close by. The house was clean and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs. I would highly recommend and we will be staying again at some point! It was very peaceful and quiet!

The house was perfect for us. We were visiting family nearby with our 2 dogs. The fenced yard was great. The house was clean and comfortable.

The place was nice and convenient. James and Laramy were proactive in communicating with us. There were some minor issues I let them know about which didn't need immediate attention. Our main issues were the master bed mattress was very firm and uncomfortable for us. Also, the tub in the master feels like there is no support underneath it and creaked loudly with every movement. So for those reasons we gave it a 4 star review.

My family and I stayed at this location for a national horse show. It was about 10 min from Tennessee Miller Coliseum so the location is perfect. We arrived early and the host was very accommodating. The house looks just like the pictures. Very clean, well decorated and perfect size for a family of 4. We definitely would recommend this house. Thank you for the great stay in Murfreesboro:)

I loved my visit! A great house that is well kept and historic. The pups loved the huge backyard. The space was immaculately cleaned. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and household supplies. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in the area again.

This was my second stay at James‘s unit in Murfreesboro then it will not be my last. Very reasonably priced with a super comfortable bed. Everything is clean and the unit is close to shopping, restaurants, and everything else you could need.

Great little property close to everything in Murfreesboro. Fenced in backyard was perfect and much appreciated for our dog. There is a nice park (Oakland’s) not far away if you want green space and a lovely setting for walk/run. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

Perfect stop while passing through. Close to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and nice inside. It had a few quirks but to be expected in an older home that’s been renovated. We were very happy with the backyard for our pups and bunks for the kids. Shower pressure was ok, and tub made some noises. We loved the tankless water heater! Never ran out of hot water. The beds were VERY firm. Overall we were happy with our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this adorable home. I was in bad need of laundry after 13 days on the road. I had a chance to relax and kick back and enjoy the major league baseball home run Derby while I did my laundry and then got a great night sleep on a very comfortable bed

If you have a dog this is a dream. The back yard was perfect. No gaps in fence if you have a super small friend like I do. Place was pristine and no signs of animals.

My husband stayed here for a week while taking classes. The location was close to everything he needed. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The house was clean and well kept. We will be staying here again.

Cathy and I travel a fair amount now being retired, and have stayed in many an airbnb. This home was perfect for us being close to the family we were visiting in Murfreesboro, and was very comfortable and quiet. And this home has been fully renovated from front door to back door, all amenities worked without issue. Definitely will be our go to Airbnb for future visits to Murfreesboro or Nashville as well, only about 30 minute drive up the road.

The stay exceeded our expectations! The listing doesn’t do the house justice. It’s impeccably clean, well maintained and has everything you could possibly need. Our dog loved the fenced backyard, and we both had ample workspace. We used the desk and the kitchen bar to allow two people to work. The Keurig broke the first morning and within a couple hours a BRAND new machine was delivered. Amazing response and quick. If we are in the area we will stay again, 100%!

This property had everything we needed while away from our own home. Master bed was very firm but both my husband and I slept great! Our teen son slept on the top bunk (not in...on) with his own blankets and was content. All appliances worked well. Nice fenced back yard for our mini-doodle. Everyone was happy! Would stay here again!

Great, super clean place to stay

We were in town for a horse show at the Miller Coliseum. The house was perfectly situated between the Coliseum and Downtown. It was clean, adorable, and well-stocked with everything you could need. Having the huge fenced yard for dogs was a major bonus. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location just off of Memorial Blvd. and close to shopping, pharmacy and restaurants. James and Laramy were friendly and answered questions promptly. They happily allowed an early check in when I miscalculated my drive time. Great home base for exploring Murfreesboro.

We were in town for our son’s soccer tournament and couldn’t be happier w/ this find. Just a few miles from the fields and centrally located to a lot of great restaurants. It’s also only 30ish minutes outside of Nashville which is a plus. We’d definitely stay here again.

The Little Stone House was exactly as advertised. It’s perfect for a family of four. The interior has been nicely remodeled with everything a modern house should havre. Everything is clean, new and in working order. I’m hoping our summer showcase is in Murfreesboro again next year. I will immediately book it again.

James' Little Stone House is a charming and cozy place to stay. i was on an overnight trip to the area, and am glad that I chose to stay in the house. A friend that lives in the area stopped to visit me, and commented how nice the place is. The bed in the Master bedroom was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice, and the kitchen was very clean. The home is a comfortable cuddly experience.

We live in Murfreesboro and needed a place to stay while our floors were being refinished. I was hesitant knowing how close this is to busy Memorial Blvd, but it had great reviews and it was pet friendly for our two pups. This house is very well decorated, everything you need to prepare meals and a giant backyard for the dogs. My husband works from home so the additional room with the desk was perfect for him. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable, and rarely could we hear any of noise from the main road!! The host was very responsive. I would 1000% recommend this place for a couple or small family!!

This house was perfect for our 4 day weekend to visit a friend in town. The house was just as described and the big fenced in yard is great if you have dogs. The location was near tons of restaurants. We went hiking at Stones River National Battlefield and Old Stone Fort State Park. I recommend both and the house is perfect to come back and relax in afterwards. The neighbors were quiet and we rarely even saw them. I would stay here again!

Our travel purpose was for business and the stone house was the perfect place to call home. It was very clean and accommodating. I wish we had more time to explore the surrounding area, since it's centrally located next to some great places to explore. We came to Murfreesboro to visit with our son. Our daughter/husband from TX stayed with us. The location was great, because we wanted to visit Nashville for the night life and go to Jack Daniels and other distilleries/breweries. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had problems getting in due to the codebox not working but the hosts were very responsive and helpful and the problem was resolved quickly. They went above and beyond and brought batteries by for the tv remotes that needed new batteries. They also aloud us a late checkout which was very helpful with our 8 am game the morning of checkout. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4 while we were in town for a softball tournament. Great location with lots of things to do within a short drive! Would highly recommend this place and would stay there again if we come back in town.

This adorable, vintage cottage was homey, clean, and perfect for our stay. Our purpose for the trip was to pick up our new puppy. Our daughter and fiance decided to join us, so we booked this cute home for an extra couple days. A short jaunt from Nashville, we spent one day listening to live music, one day hanging out with our new pup, and one at a state park. Bagel Boro across the street is the perfect start to your day. Our host was exceedingly helpful and responsive to our needs, even as they changed. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The house was very easy to get to and very clean. It was perfect for us with the large fenced in backyard for our dogs to run around as they were used to at home. It was Thanksgiving week and the kitchen was very well equipped for me to do some baking and cooking so I could take food to my daughter's house and there are plenty of nearby grocery stores. It was also nice having a washer and dryer.

When we moved to Murfreesboro we needed a place to "live" for a week while we waited for our furniture to arrive. The Stone House was a perfect setting for my wife and I. It is really easy to get to, conveniently close to the freeway, grocery stores and other items, and just a couple of blocks from Starbucks! The hosts were very proactive and, when I reached out with a question, very quick to respond. All in all, our experience was very favorable and we are, therefore, very appreciative of the hosts for allowing us to stay in their house, and for making us feel at home.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was just perfect. Extremely clean, comfortable and the fenced yard was very helpful and a safe, fun space for our small dog. We loved our stay in the little stone house! I had to travel for work for a couple weeks, and this was the perfect place to stay for our family + dogs. The house and amenities were exactly as described, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. It was really nice to walk into the home and have everything be as expected or better. It was also close to a lot of good food, grocery stores, and in a cute neighborhood, so it was easy to get around. We had no issues our entire stay and really felt at home - we couldn’t ask for more. Absolutely amazing stay at the little stone house! Me and my puppy stayed twice already and I’ll keep booking them again. Such a great location and so clean and cute. The backyard was perfect for us because there are no holes for a puppy or small dog to get through to escape. I felt so safe and secure knowing I could let my puppy enjoy the backyard! Incredible experience.

In town for a breed show. Super clean and comfortable… all the amenities were spot on! Close to everything. In an older neighborhood but we were comfortable and they accommodated our 3 dogs which is why we needed a house. Nice big back yard for them to run. Very responsive and easy in and out! The Little Stone House was perfect for our stay! Newly renovated and extremely clean. The house had everything we needed to comfortably stay for 4 days. Located in the original part of Murfreesboro, close to Public Square and lots of local restaurants and shops. Would certainly stay again!

A wonderful stay

My stay was peaceful and stress free:) James and Laramy’s responses were super quick and they went the extra mile to make sure I had a great stay.

Everything was easy to locate in the house. Communication is as very smooth and friendly. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. It is close to a busy road but other than some sirens in the middle of the night it was quiet and cozy. Would have loved some blackout curtains in the second bedroom but other than that everything was perfect.

Everything was as posted. Very comfortable and clean. James was great in answering any questions we had. Had a great time seeing Family.

We were very pleased with our visit! The house has a nice ambiance, and everything we needed was at hand. We were especially grateful for the fenced yard, which our two little dogs liked very much. Our hosts even checked on us when the temperature was below freezing. We highly recommend this place!

We are a traveling soccer family and had been scheduled to play some games in the near-by area. This destination was minutes away from the fields. Like any other time renting an AirBnB you just take a chance at the pics that are listed and hope that when you get there it’s close to what the pics showed. I am here to tell you that this little cottage style house was remodeled perfectly and match the pics exactly!! Here at this destination the rooms are spacious, kitchen and living areas are roomy, and also you have plenty of fenced in backyard. The Host stayed in constant communication with us to make sure we were comfortable and settled in. There are grocery stores and plenty of restaurants close by to choose from. We had a great stay and have zero complaints. Definitely will be staying again if we ever have scheduled games near-by.

The little stone house is truly darling and fit our needs perfectly (for a whole month) as we transitioned to a new house out of state. James and Laramy went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, and in a timely manner. The house is in a convenient location, close to a Walmart, Kroger and several restaurants, and only 10 minutes from The Avenue. We enjoyed walks most evenings - well, my 8 year old daughter rollerbladed ;) The neighbors were friendly. To sum it up, the layout is great, the kitchen is SO cute, the beds are comfortable… clearly I would recommend. Thanks for providing a nice place to stay!

We rented this Airbnb for 2 weeks while in Tennessee looking for houses. It was a great home base for us. The house is modernize and super clean. It provided us with everything we needed during our stay. Owners were very nice and responded quickly when we contacted them. They even gave us tips in our home search journey! Very pleasant stay.

We had a great experience at the Little Stone House. All the linens were new and fresh along with the furniture. It was nicely decorated and felt homey. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and appliances. Although, it only had a keurig pod coffee maker. It was a convenient location. James and Laramy were helpful and prompt whenever we had a question. Overall, it the met needs of our family of five and my parents. Nice full size bunk beds our kids stayed on and a new pack and play for our 9 month old. It was a lovely place to stay.

It was a worthwhile gamble. The Little Rock house has some pleasant character, but the interior is a modern splash! It has everything that make our 6 week stay fly away like 6 hours. Two comfortable rooms, each with a crystal clear tv. The family room is an open floor with a 50” tv. All appliances are new. New refrigerator, stove, LG washer and dryer, coffee maker…etc. As to the neighborhood, if you are a walking addict like me, you are safe to walk around the neighborhood anytime. I usually start my day at 5:30am with about 4 miles walk. At noon a couple of miles and after dinner another refreshing mile. Plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities are near by. The Avenue is one of our favorites. My wife and I go there regularly. And if you are churchy like us, there are plenty of churches around. The Experience Community church is our favorite. The worship music is in stereo and the singers are heavenly talented. Above all, the pastor preaches the gospel as if he has a borrowed trumpet from apostle Paul. I love him! . James and team are very responsive. No delay and no compromise with quality., You will enjoy. The price was right. Thanks James and team for making our stay comfortable and meaningful.
