Our stay was AMAZING! We had a group of 12 girls and we all slept comfortably. The rooftop was so peaceful and fun!! When any problem arised James was very quick to come help and have solutions. We will definitely be booking again.

This townhouse slept 6 comfortably and never felt cramped. It's also probably the perfect distance from downtown; close enough to be there in a few min with a quick scooter/bike rental/taxi, but far enough away to not have Nashville's downtown scene spilling over into your neighborhood. The hosts were friendly and the rooftop is a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

We stayed at this property for Belmont graduation, it was perfect! We were able to walk to campus and did not need to manage grad traffic. We were close to 12 South (could walk) and short driving distances to other major areas of Nashville. Plenty of safe parking as well. The team that manages this property was the best I have experienced at any property. We had a minor request that was responded to immediatly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Had a great stay here! Christine and group were very responsive and quick when addressing problems. We were about a 5-10 minute uber drive to anywhere we needed to go, very comfortable for our group of 9, and enjoyed the upstairs patio!!

This was a great property and location. The only thing negative about this property is the surrounding neighborhood is pretty ghetto, with that being said i still would book it again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful & so spacious! It was cozy and made us feel welcome. Close to downtown & other restaurants. The host suggested a shuttle bus which worked perfect and for everyone in our group in one vehicle! Definitely recommend!
